Responsibilities:
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, RFPs, and other sales documents.
Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.
Support the sales team in identifying and qualifying potential opportunities.
Collaborate with product development teams to ensure alignment with customer requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers during the sales process.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or a related role.
Strong technical acumen and understanding of software solutions.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts.
